GMP Production Unit
Our proposed GMP production unit will be located at Chakan PH-2, MIDC, Pune Maharashtra India. Plot area 55000.00 Sq ft. The site is under construction and will be ready tentatively by June-2023. The proposed GMP unit will be designed to manufacture more than 50 Kg of Peptide APIs per year. This facility will be equipped with 10 L, 20 L, 50L, and 100 L. Solid Phase Peptide Synthesis (SPPS) reactors, Preparative HPLC (3-6L/min) with 200, 300, 600 mm DAC Column, and Tray freeze dryer of ice condenser capacity up to 100 kg.
For nucleosides and oligonucleotides, a separate stream will be designed to manufacture the GMP grade material from multigram to kg scale.
